“That this House respectfully regrets and unhesitatingly dissents from the Rulings delivered on the 21st of July 2020 and the 28th of July 2020 by the Deputy Speaker in relation to Standing Order 40 (5). was not in order and also expresses the view that this Ruling is not in accordance with the precedents and practice of this House and imposes new, unnecessary and undesirable limitations on the ability of hon. Members to discharge their public duties.” Telle est la raison avancée pour expliquer cette motion.
